All are welcome! Come together to meditate and discuss the Dharma; as well as catch up with each other on what is happening in our lives. Donations welcome.

Suitable for those who are already familiar with the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditation practices. All are welcome.

Study the Dharma

Ready to learn more about Buddhism and meditation? We offer classes and courses at different levels of engagement to accommodate for any schedule. Drop-in classes focus on the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana (Cultivation of Loving Kindness) practices; whereas the 6-Week Introduction to Meditation and Buddhism Course additionally covers the core principles of Buddhist practice, and how they can meaningfully affect the way we live.
